I pretty much always have one with me, so I solve a lot. I don't think I've done tens of millions, but I wouldn't be surprised if I've reached a million.

I said less than or equal to a million, figuring that I do 50 to 100 solves a day on average (some days are way less, some way more, depending on how busy I am and what event I'm doing), and I've been cubing for 5 years. Even if I've done 75 solves per day for only 4 of those years, it's still just over 100K. I'm probably extremely close to 100K if I'm not quite there though.

If you average 20, and you do a million solves, that's 20 million seconds, plus allowing for 20 seconds for inspection and scrambling that's 40 million seconds which is more than a year.

I don't know if I've even done 100000. I've been cubing for almost 5 years now, and in order to have 100000 solves I would need to spend an average of half an hour a day or so cubing.

I've had a cstimer session for the past 6-8 months now and it's got 12.5k on it. I've been cubing for four years but didn't solve nearly as much as now. Including slow solves I reckon a pretty good estimate would be about 35,000 for 3x3 only. Remember I only average 11.4

Does cs timer give you an average of 10,000? I have several sessions of 1000 solves but I'm too impatient to reach 10,000 so I start a new session.

I've been cubing for at least 5 years, so if you work it out I'd have to solve one cube about every 155 seconds, or 2:35 (rounded down). I've averaged less than ~25 seconds for the vast majority of that time, I currently average ~15 seconds.

So, basically, if I solved one every 40 seconds (which is reasonable) when practicing, then I'd have to be practicing just a hair over a quarter of the time out of the day to get 1,000,000 solves by now.
(Of course, I've probably been cubing a bit longer and the time between solves while active varies, so these numbers are just ballparking.)

And when I say I always have one with me, I mean it. When I go out, I'm more likely to not have my phone or my knife than to not have a cube. When I'm at home, there's always one in arm's reach. It's a fiddle thing, I do it while I'm doing other things and don't really think about it. I probably haven't done 1,000,000 quite yet, which is why I marked it as the most reasonable maximum, but a quarter of my time is approaching feasible. I've probably done somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-800,000.

Highly doubt it.
Never said it was likely, it's just within the realm of possibility.

Across all puzzles, I've kept every timed solve on my computer and laptops since 2014, and I'm too lazy to check but I'm pretty sure it's around 50000 (see my signature for details). Then there are thousands on my phone that I haven't included.

On top of that, there's the untimed solves, and I have absolutely no clue how many I've done but it's a lot. I've been solving casually since 2001, probably a few solves per week - there's at least a couple thousand there. Then in 2013 there were probably around a thousand or so when I started exploring different methods, and maybe a thousand more on 2x2. Since 2014, I've probably done at least 20 untimed solves a day, so that's around 20000...

So I guess I'm probably not far off 80000.

I'd say 100000-150000 for all events. I think some will over estimate by a lot.

One million 15 second 3x3 solves takes 173 days and that's only counting the solving time. Otherwise it would take year without breaks.

I like how you say that you are about to hit 1 million solves and yet your official average is over20. You would be easily sub12 after ~100 000 solves or so, even if your practise habits are really bad
