How long is your oll+pll time?

OLL: About 5 seconds. Im using 2 look
PLL: Around 3 seconds when i know the case, and around 6 seconds when I have to use 2look for it.

When I was still on fridrich my LL was a really big problem, it took me about 12 seconds because I also had to make the cross. 1-look PLL really help cut down.

I use 4LLL.
Learning full PLL and some of COLL, just for kicks and giggles.

LS - 4 seconds. (Epic fail.)

LL:

OLL recognition - 1.5 seconds.
OLL 1 - 1 seconds.
OLL 2 - 1-2.5 seconds.
PLL recognition - 2 seconds.

IF I USE 2-LOOK:
PLL 1 - 3-4 seconds.
PLL 2 - 2-3 seconds.

IF I KNOW THE CASE:
PLL - 3 seconds.

4LLL - 10.5-14 seconds.
3LLL - 8.5-10 seconds.

Work on everything except OLL for now. Cross and F2L are the biggest factors in my solving, LL can be worked on to gain speed.

My estimates:
F2L= 10 -12 seconds
OLL(almost full, like 4X/57)= 3 seconds
PLL= 2-3 seconds
I turn slow

Oh my, my OLL sucks now.

OLL: 3-4 Seconds.
PLLL: 2-3 seconds.

Throw in a second or two for recognition. I average 15-16 on a good day using OLL+PLL. I don't really practice the last 2 steps of CFOP.

This is embarrassing, but my LL is terribly long (probably why I can't get sub 20's.) Anyway, here is a rough breakdown:

2 look OLL: 4 seconds
1 sometines 2 look PLL: 4.5 seconds
total: 8.5 seconds(sob)

PLL after that averages to be around 1.5
