How do you warm up?

Basically the title.
I don't know how to wake up my hands.
When I'm at home I usually like to just scramble a cube a lot while watching some videos. This helps me not feel like I need to solve fast, so I can start off slower and get my hands used to turning. Then once I feel like my turning is better I would go on to doings algs over and over again to try to build up my TPS, and whenever I feel like my turning and TPS are where I want them to be for solving I will do some more casual solves before switching to doing serious solving.

When I'm at a comp I usually like to get there pretty early so I can find a table to solve at, then I will just do some scrambling, solving and algs while people are still arriving and somewhat during the new competitor tutorial. Since I don't usually compete in the first group I will use any prior groups I don't have any jobs for to do solving and warmup. I like to bring some hand warmers too since sometimes the venues can be quite cold, I have some rechargeable ones but before that the single use ones worked just as well.

Something that I don't do often is hand stretches, which can also help to get your hands more flexible and warmed up. I would personally experiment with different hand stretches or if you want there are probably some videos online that you could watch for more specific hand stretches, but I was able to get along fine just by trying things out by myself.

Hopefully this is helpful and answered your questions, but if you have any other questions or need clarification I will see what I can do.

I like to sort of squeeze the middle of my palm on one of my hands using my thumb, middle and pointer fingers (thumb on top) and squeeze it for about 20 seconds. I repeat for both hands. It makes my hands feel lighter. Then i proceed to TPS spam my cube and sometimes massage my fingers for a bit.

I just start off with clenching my fists and then extending my fingers out all the way (but like, really fast) to warm up my fingers. Then I do some 2x2 solves, followed by spamming R U R' U' and L' U' L U on a 3x3. Then I'm good to start trying some solves.
