Ive been trying to take one out for approximately 3 hours. Some of my other ones came apart, but I want the purple one to come out.
How do you take the spring out of GES nuts?

They're not meant to do that.
If you want to break it, just snap the casing -If you don't want to break it, then you don't want to get the spring out.

Never mind. I got it out and it's not broken. I'm doing a spring swap.
