How do u generate or create 2x2, skewb, etc. algs?

So i know there is a 3x3 cube explorer generator that creates 3x3 algorithms, but how do u make algorithms for 2x2? How do cubers make PBL, CLL, TCLL algs? Same with skewb, megaminx, pyraminx, and square-1? There's no way they can make algs intuitively (except skewb and pyraminx, u can make algs without generators, but EG and 1-flip algs?). Do u guys know how to make algs? Links, sites, how do u create algs? PLEZE HALP.

its not that, i was using it as an example lol
