how do people average around 15seconds without using plls and olls?

Lookahead and fast crosses. Maybe fast execution of algs too.

i average around 40-43 seconds using beginners method and all of 2 look OLL and part of 2 algs of 2 look PLL my pb is 29.45

I a confused about f2l and i want to get faster without using f2l or learning new methods. a really good speed cube is the moyu along v2 enhanced 3x3

If you want to get faster without learning F2L, I'd suggest you I either learn full PLL and full OLL or try learning Roux. But I STRONGLY encourage you to learn F2L, it dropped my times from 50 secs to 30 when I first learned it, and now after mastering it I'm sub-15 so even though it's confusing at first, it is totally worth it...

I'm not. and I don't know half of PLL or OLL. And I average around 11. plus I'm pretty sure that a lot of the sub-10 solvers can easily do that.
