Yeh I'm starting to notice that trend Is there a website where you can keep track of these competitions?

hi im a sydney cuber, I organized the kurri comp last month. you should search for the thread speedcubing in sydney its where we plan meet-ups and talk about comps every now and then. we aren't that active on that thread that much but i check it at least once a week. we are having a meet-up on the week after the canberra comp and one in the last week of the holidays before the school goes back. sorry that i didn't link you to the thread im very lazy sometimes

I checked out the link and it seems interesting. I subscribed to the thread so I'll keep posted on up-coming events. Thanks bryson

Welcome- it's always great to see another Aussie cuber out there! Your progress is amazing- the force is strong with this one! Keep it up mate!
And seriously, it would be great to see you at some competitions. Everyone shows great support for hacks like me mate, so you'll have no worries :tu

Thanks for the encouragement. These forums should help me improve and I'll hopefully see you at a comp clocking in at sub-20s
