Hi speedsolving,
My name is roee and i solving the rubix for 2 month or maybe 3
At first i practiced a lot and than i stopped and practice when I have time
not i solve it on avarage of 45sec
What should i do to get better?
And dont say practise iknow it
How much to practise every day? Every week? How to practise the look a head?

Also people tent to recommend learning F2L early, then learning all the 1look PLL's then if you really want to push it, try learning all the OLL's

But, seriously, you should practice however much you want to. If you want to get fast in a very little amount of time, then practice more. If your not that into fast times then you could practice less. As for learning algs or F2L lookahead you can use the search function here, and look it up on youtube.

If you haven't learned F2L yet learn it intuitively from badmephistos vies or monkeydude1313s vids.

It's as simple as this: More practice = lower timer. Less practice = higher times.
