Specific question about blindfolded F2L training

I have read lots of advice on this forum saying you should plan out your cross, execute it blindfolded, then find your first F2L pair, close your eyes and insert it. Then look for the next pair, close your eyes and insert it. etc.

However I have also seen people posting that you should find your first F2L pair, close your eyes, pair it up, but do not insert it. Instead look for your next pair, find it, close your eyes and insert the first one, and pair up the second one, but do not insert it. Open your eyes find the next pair, then close eyes insert it and pair up the 3rd F2L pair but do not insert it. And so on.

Is there a generally considered most effective technique for blindfold F2l training?

Do as much as you can blindfolded. I can usually do cross and 1 or maybe two pairs, although I never do this type of training. I think specific training isnt really worth it. The best way to improve is just regular solves

there is no best. in fact I've never done this sort of training.
after a certain amount of time you should be able to do this easily, but actually practicing it is not really the point.

but if you really want to, I suggest do the first method, pair by pair. once u can do that easily, lookahead instead of blindfold.
