Well to solve the siamese cube, i just follow thrawst's tutorial but i do fridrich f2l instead of memorising those long algorithims for placing in the edges.

It takes me ages fiddling with the cube trying to do f2l with the restrictions of a siamese cube.

It takes me about 5 - 10 mins to solve one.

So my question is, Does anyone have a pretty fast way of solving a siamese cube? Or at least a decent way?

Well, to begin, those algorithms aren't "long." if that's "long" then you haven't seen 7x7 parity yet. :p and, I think you may be able to solve it with the roux method, since you avoid messing up the left 1x3x3 block in the first place, and I think you may be able to use roux if you get across the CMLL, and finish the rest with M's and U's.

After cross I always reduce my F2L to <R,U> by putting both F2L edges in U, then looking which edge(s) can be solved by <R,U> and which can't. I put those which can in UB and/or UL and those which can't in UF and/or UR. Then I do r U R' U R U2 r' and finish my F2L with <R,U>.

I'd say a lot of the 2-gen algs are pretty long for the Siamese cube. And when you speak of the 7x7 parity, are you talking of the last edge parity? That process/idea of how to solve that is no different than on a 4-5-6 or 7. So in that respect, they are long and somewhat hard.
