Siamese cube help

I can solve the siamese cube fairly well, but there is one important alg that I can't seem to figure out.

When placing a pair in this situation, I can't figure out. I obviously can't do F', and you can only solve this one 2-gen. What is the alg to place this pair?

Not really on topic, but do you guys know where I can buy cheap cubes for making a siamese cube?

Wasn't there something about if you make them via Thrawst's tutorial, they aren't really siamese cubes, they're conjoined cubes or something?
