I've been working on trying to learn F2L, OLL, and PLL, but it's been really slow. I only have one OLL alg partly memorized so far. Any tips on memorizing these things faster?

Are you using text or video to learn these algs? I find that if I’m struggling to learn one way, I’ll switch to the other and I’ll have success. Find which way works better normally, and use it until it works less.
I second this! I usually use paper to learn algs but sometimes if I'm struggling I'll switch to videos! Videos are also helpful for learning the fingertricks for the algs!
1. Rn, about 10 minutes at a time, 5 times a day. I can't do it all in one chunk. Once school gets out Friday, I think I'll be able to practice 1-1 1/2 hours a day.
2. 1 1/2 to 2 months, hopefully.

1) Pick an alg for those 10 minutes and just do it over and over, it's ok to look at the alg. Don't pick the same alg several sessions in a row, as it may be boring (ADHD).
2) PLL=21 algs OLL=57 algs 1 1/2 months = 45 days = 1.7 algs/day. For 2 months = 60 days = 1.3 algs/day

what helped me learn OLL back when I started was to think in it not like "57 algs" but in groups of similar cases that in turn are divided in symmetries.
if you think this way you won't be too worried about a number of cases but you'll think in terms of groups that you have yet to learn.
after all I expect you to know at least two group (2 look OLL is composed of 2 groups with 3 and 7 algs respectively) and some random cases that are simple combinations of the algs you already know
The OLL (Orientation of Last Layer) algorithms for solving the Rubik's cube with the CFOP method. These algorithms are used to orient all of the pieces on the last layer, once the F2L is complete. There are 57 OLL algorithms in total.
