Help on Fingertricks

Does anyone know any good Youtube or maybe even written tutorials to improve the speed and smoothness of fingertricks? Should I practice by repetitively doing maybe like 200 turns with my index and ring fingers everyday (sounds excessive) to warm up? Give me your thoughts. I just want to get fast enough with them with the LBL method for a sub minute average.

Just experiment with fingertricks you find out by yourself that you feel comfortable with and practice those. It's a great way to lower time. I do this still and I average 12-14.

Also for getting sub minute, just look ahead better and have faster TPS.

On Youtube TellerWest's OLL's, Jammyman3014 PLL's, Erik's & Felik's PLL's seem to be the most popular.
