fingertricks help

I recently started using the M slice alg for the U perm (b):
M2 U' M U2 M' U' M2
After a bit of practice I can almost sub-1 this alg!
But, the version for the other U perm (a) isn't quite so finger friendly.
M2 U M U2 M' U M2
Those U moves are killer!
Right now I'm using right hand for the M slices and my left index finger to push U. Does anyone have a better way of doing this? (I can't do a fast M with my left hand)

hmm try a pinky with your left hand on DF, thats fun for me ;D

or maybe your right hand depending if your using U or U'

I grip with my right and left thumbs in the front and my right and left index and middle fingers in the back. I let go with my left hand to do F2 with my left thumb. I do M with my left ring finger and M' with my left index.

It seems a lot less efficient, but it works for me.
