X-cross isn't so important right now.

well, basically what you need to do is just to work on your f2l lookahead (if you know what this is) and just practise your oll and pll to be as fast as your fingers could do it

Looking ahead is a MAJOR concept that you need to be good at if you want to get faster. If you don't know what it is or don't know how to practice it, I have a tutorial on it.

However many TPS you can do without stopping... >_>

im practicing my lookahead by using a metronome and i can consistently do 132 bmp (i know i suck but i just started using the metronome) and i keep on increasing by 12 when i feel comfortable. Is this a good rate of progress and do you have any other practicing methods. One concern is that i usually get around 13-18 cross + f2l but know using lookahead and going 132 bmp i get around 18-20 secs only f2l. is this normal and how many hours of practicing will it take to see improvement. Finally yea i do know what lookahead is. I attempt to do it in my solves if you watch the video the pauses in my f2l aren't that long. THANKS YOU FOR ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS
