Hey, just joined Speedsolving.com!
So, a little about me and cubing, I started cubing about half way through 8th grade. A friend of mine solved the Rubik's Cube, and I thought it was so cool that one weekend I looked on youtube and found badmephisto's video, which was super helpful. by the end of the weekend I was hooked.
I am a Freshman now so I have probably been cubing for about a year.
I have about 15 twisty puzzles. For speed cubes I have a FII and a sticker less Dayan Guhong. I prefer the Dayan Guhong. I usually get around 35 seconds on 3x3 solves.
I live in Washington (the state). I havent been to any competitions, since I don't think there are any very close to where I live, but I would love to go.

Well thats probably enough for a welcome so I'll stop now.
I am really looking forward to being a part of this community!

Hey man, welcome!

Do you use f2l yet? or still beginner LBL? (layer by layer)

either way, nice job and keep it up!

By the way, you should definitely try to go to a competition. You can look up if there are any near by on the WCA website.

Well I don't really have any means to get to a competition that is far away, so I probably won't get the chance to go to one until one is close by or i get older and can go to a farther away one. I'm definitely willing, just don't really have the means right now.

I am working on intuitive F2l, and I am getting better at it.
Then I use 2 look OLL and PLL
Basically Badmephistos beginners method but with F2L and some extra algorithms to avoid having to repeat some algorithms
