Hi! I'm Luke, and I started cubing on February 7th, 2017 to find a hobby to entertain my with my broken wrist. The cast allowed me to turn the cube, but not much else. Even once my cast was taken off, I was hooked. As of now, my PB is 19.4 seconds using CFOP(intuitive F2L and 4-look-last-layer). My PB ao5 is 31.25, an my PB ao12 is 33.05. I've logged over 500 solves on my timer. Non-cubing activities include: lacrosse, basketball, wrestling, and american football.

Hi! I'm Luke, and I started cubing 3 weeks ago. As of now, my PB is 1 minute, 11 seconds using the LBL method on the 3x3x3 cube. I am planning on learning the Fridrich Method soon. I enjoy playing lacrosse, football(American Football, with pads and touchdowns), basketball, and wrestling. Happy cubing!
Welcome! You will find lots of great info on here so stick around!

Hi Luke8,

I assembled some 3x3 methods that can be used to solve the cube in under a minute without memorizing of a bunch of algorithms. However, both of these methods still have useful steps and algs that are used for more advanced CFOP.

The intermediate method is called FIXLL and has a 4 Look Last Layer. My goal for it was to use the fewest number of algorithms to memorize instead of the 16 mostly unrelated ones. It uses only 9 main algorithms to complete the last layer in at most 4 steps.

Here's a link to the one-page quick reference guide:

I hope some of that will help you!

Thank you, I used it and it's great!
