I casually solve 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, pyraminx, skewb, and megaminx. I thoroughly enjoy 3x3 shape mods though, they are the most entertaining to me.
The only event I am serious about is 3x3 though. I just started earlier this year, so I'm nothing special, but my PB is 20 and my a05 and 12 tend to be around the 24-25 mark. F2L, 4LLL, Thunderclap V3M (love this cube!).
That being said, I've ever been to a competition, so calling them events isn't too accurate
