I just made this up
1. solve 4 middle edges
2. solve 4 bottom layer corners
3. orient top layer corners
4. permute top layer corners
5. solve cross pieces
6. OLL
7. PLL
It's cool because for OLL there's only 3 cases, and PLL is always permuting edges. Steps 3-4 can be combined if you know CLL, and 6-7 if you know ELL. I don't know them, though.
I did an avg of 12 and got 30.24, it's pretty fun.
