[Help Thread] FTO Discussion and Help

with all the hype im getting interested in fto.
what fto would you recommend for someone who only wants to know how 2 solve it (i may get interested in speedsolving it later on c;)
The Dayan really isn't that much more expensive than the Diansheng, so I’d just get the Dayan just to be safe.

It’s discussing time everybody, FTO is becoming an official WCA event in January 2027!

Beginner tutorial:

Edit: also I’ve noticed in this algsheet that there are algs like “H' U S'”. H is hedge (R B' R' B) and S is sledge (R' L R L) right?

Hi guys!
I've just learned the beginner's Bencisco method for FTO, and I average around 50s (use to average 45 with nautilus)
I wonder if I should keep practicing until I reached a certain time, or should I learn anything new?
I'm not quite sure what should I learn for FTO in order, so if any of you can tell me it'll be very helpful!
