Fridrich Method

How can I learn the Fridrich method? The videos on youtube.com move too quickly for me, and I can't understand many of the notations used on the explanation sites. I guess I need Fridrich's Method for Dummies, or something. How can I learn in plain English, and as slowly as I want?

I've tried it. Actually, I couldn't find any real directions for learning, just a basic description of the method. Thanks, though.

If your memorizing the algorithms for F2L, don't. It is based on intuition, so if you must, look at what the algorithms are actually doing so you won't need them.

glad you liked the site....to memorize it ezpz ....just note it and solve it while looking at it...then after some solves try not to look and only look when you REALLY don't remember anything....try like uh...like naming them sorta or like making them syllables like F U R U' R' F' ....I think of fur then urf....then remember that after fur all have prime therefore CCW....I also do it for longer ones so I memorize it easier....till I do it like it's the easiest thing in the world like now.... but no for the ones in F2L yet....still need to memorize <_<

I agree with Kemps_Drumsalot...well mine is I memorize and look at the effect now....when I just solve..I think of what I want to do but not really the moves....cause they're memorized and I do it without really thinking of it...just the aftereffect
