You need a pipe wrench to turn the layers on this one, and blue and yellow are switched.

I was going to toss it, but one of you guys might want it for a collection.

Pay postage first class (5oz from 89061) and it's yours.

PS I'm not kidding about the pipe wrench, this is one stiff cube!

Interesting. I have a Rubik's storebought with the exact same logo (different from the other Rubik's logo) and mine is also so stiff... maybe not pipe-wrench stiff, but my kids may not be strong enough to turn it.

I had one just like this for about a year. Smashed it with a hammer yesterday. I recommend you do the same.
