Forum challenge: can we solve Void Cube together?

The reason behind my F instead of B' in move 20 was that I found 2 good continuations. First one includes 2 easy pairs and fourth pair + OLL:



Second one includes easy all 4 pairs:



I guess it isn't how CFOP users typically solve F2L though. It's OK, we can find another solving approach :).

As a move 36, I was also thinking about U' which would lead to easy fourth pair:



But L2 is equally good.

I wish that ya'll had gone with Roux, it's such an easier void cube solve, especially when parity pops up.

As corners-first being my main speedsolving method, I actually made move 1 using CF.

That's the beauty of this challange, you have to rethink your solving approach if subsequent solver has other plans how to proceed :).

I made similar threads for Rubik's Domino and Supercube, don't hesitate to join in - maybe the solvers will use Roux there?

Alternatively, I don't think you need to wait to the next scramble (after solving the actual scramble). However, having several unsolved scrambles at the same time in one thread might be confusing to others. You could also start a new game/example thread with your preferred rules and simulator.

P.S. maybe there is already a thread about a 4x4x4 (using Twizzle as a simulator) - it would be interesting to see our solving approach, because as far as I know, Christopher is using K4, I am using Cage, a lot of speedsolvers use Yau or Hoya, and you possibly use some Roux variant.

To be fair, I may have misunderstood this thread, I only glanced over it. I thought that it was the same scramble from the top, everyone posting a single move in order to reach a solved puzzle. Am I wrong about that? If so, I apologize. However I still see Roux as the best method for the void cube as the L6E allows for a quick fix of any center parity.
