I know it would not be a common case for F2L users, but I was wondering if there's an algorithm to flip/rotate/turn (whatever the correct term is) 3 or 4 corners, clockwise and/or anti-clockwise, that are slotted at the correct positions on the last layer of a 3x3x3, to a solved state. Help is much appreciated!

Here a some old moves that rotate 2 corners.
And only the corners.

1. (B R' D2 R B' U2)2
2. B2 R' D2 R B' U2 B R' D2 R B' U2 B'

I'm not positive if you're referring to F2L corners or LL corners because you said "slotted". When cubers talk about slots they are usually talking about F2L pairs in the Fridrich method.

But assuming you are talking about LL corners;

R U R' U R U2 R'

R U2 R' U' R U' R'

R U R' U R U' R' UR U2 R'

x R' F R D' R' F' R D

R U2 R2 U' R2 U'R2 U2 R

l' U' l U R U' L' U

R2 D R' U2 R D' R' U2 R'

Those are all of the cases with edges oriented on the last layer that I use. I wrote them out of my head without a cube so tell me if I made any typos, I have to run to school now.

Oh, and flip usually refers to an edge, twist to a corner, since a corner has 3 possible orientations, an edge only 2.

Twisting corners without influencing edges are often used in blindfold solving using 3OP (3-Cycle Orientation Permutation Method). Just have a look in the algorithm thread in the blindfold section.

I know that a Sune (R U R' U R U2 R') and a mirror Sune (L' U' L U' L' U2 L) will flip only two corners. Same thing will happen with an AntiSune and it's mirror.

Of course, it is listed under the OLL edge-oriented cases in the algorithm collections sticky.

I guess you don't understand. He wants algs that only orient corners without permuting the corners and without permuting nor orienting edges.

Exactly MazEi...

These were the useful ones I found...

3 corners flipped
1) Clockwise – Sune - U' (R U R' U R U2 R') U' (R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2)
2) Anti-clockwise - Anti-Sune - (R' U' R U' R' U2 R) U' (R'2 U R U R' U' R' U' R' U R') U'

4 corners flipped
1) Double Sune – (RUR’U)(RU’R’U)(R2URURU’R’U’)(R’UR’)
2) Pi? - (R U) (R2 U' R'2 U' R2 U'2) (R'2 U' R' U R U'2 R' U)
