Minor controversy, as the scramble Feliks received was a misscramble. The facts;
-The scramble had an R applied instead of an R', other than that it was applied correctly and standard judging procedure was followed
B L2 D' R L2 F2 B (R') D' F R F2 R L2 U2 D2 L' F2 L' B2
-->
B L2 D' R L2 F2 B (R) D' F R F2 R L2 U2 D2 L' F2 L' B2
-The scramble was shown to be wrong after the comp finished with video footage. The video is currently with the WCA, and Feliks will release it once the decision has been made
-Precedent suggests it will be approved, however, it is not confirmed.
-The solve had a 3 move cross and ended with a PLL skip (or CPLL skip). The actual scramble was arguably as easy.
Further answers can be found throughout the rest of the thread, try not to post questions that have already been answered (search/skim the thread)
