Extended Cross

I was playing around with extended cross.
Is there anywhere that I can get some examples/tips/help?

its kind of simple.. it rocks if you are switching over from petrus
Just try and find blocks and connect them, its AWESOME if you are color neutral.

An extended cross is when you solve the cross with an edge pair already inserted, hopefully in no more than 10 moves. Double extended cross is when you have 2 edge pairs inserted when you finish the cross.
