Ok, so like i got my eastsheen today played for it for a few hours, like 20 solves.

Then i decided to lube it. So after lubing all my sides were nice i mean DANNNNGGGG but problem is My Red and Blue sides are like 3x slower then all my other sides so i lubed it again...and same result it didnt change anything...

So now i have my first eastsheen messed up. How can i fix these 2 sides to turn just as fast?

Do i loosen a screw or something>?

This happened to me andrew, and i just took off the center caps, loosened like the littelest amount ever and it spins WAY better!

Does it mater what cetner cap to take off?

and like how do you take them off

With the Eastsheen 4x4x4's, you can just pop the center caps off - wedge your fingernail in and grab a corner from the very center. You'll need to pop off all 4 caps on the center you want to adjust. You'll want to do the red and blue sides, so you can loosen those 2 screws, since they're the tight ones. It won't take much loosening.

I forgot you can just pop the caps off - I have an old Eastsheen 4x4x4 that's too loose - I'm going now to see if I can tighten it a little.

Edit: It worked. It's not a great cube, but it's much better than it was - it's now a passable 4x4x4. (I dropped it a few months ago, and it's never been the same since, but this is the best it's been since then.)

Like the other said, just adjust the screw. It's exactly with DIY 3x3x3 if you ever get that problem with those cube.

I asked this question ones: does it really help to lube ES?
And people answered that they weren't getting better times. I got to ask you the same question (cause it works like you mean it's better, but idk by myself)

Well for me i think it turns faster but really in a solve, for a es it locks up alot so u'll still have to place them alligned.

So basicly it depends ony our choice.

I like my cubes lubed :D

For me lubing the ES 4x4 doesn't make any difference, But the 5x5 yes it turns slightly smoother.
