I've heard that speedcubers have their own ways for the F move on 3x3.

List your way for the F move here which you use and suits you the best.

Edit 1:not only F moves but F' and F2 moves as well

for F, I do a half z rotation and do it with my right index finger

for F' i use my thumb

for F2 U i do first F with right index finger and use my thumb for the second F

For F
Right pointer finger on URF sticker and flick down

For F'
Right thumb on DRF sticker and flick up
or
right pointer finger on RFU sticker and flick "sideways"

For F2
Raise both pointer and middle finger of right hand, middle over pointer
Place pointer on UFR and flick down
Do the above while making the middle finger land on what *was* LFU, and will now be UFR
Flick down.

It depends on what moves in the algorithm comes before or after the F/F'/F2 move.

For F, I usually flick it with my right index finger on the UFR corner or whatever.

For F', I will usually push up with my thumb on the DFR corner.

For F2, I usually do a X rotation and a double flick as if doing a U2.

As I said before, it depends greatly on what moves come before or after the F/F'/F2 move in the algorithm or whatever I'm doing in my solve.

It definitely depends on the alg for me too. For F, I always do the same finger trick as been stated above (on URF flick it down). For F' sometimes I'll use my thumb, something I'll use my index finger. If I'm doing the T perm, I'll do F' with my thumb, if I'm doing Jb (the T one) or Y, I'll do F' with an index finger push from RFU to UFL (You can thank Rowan for this trick). As for F U, I'll often do F as normal then the U will be like doing the second U in sune. I put my index finger on RFU and push it over to FLU. Sometimes I'll do F then I'll do U with my ring finger on BRU and pull it over to FRU (depends on the alg as well). For F2 (although I don't think of any alg I use that has it, except in 2x2) I'll position my right index/middle and do a flick similar to U2.

For F' in OH you can push down on the UFL corner with your index finger, keeping your thumb on the centre sticker. Like you'd do a U', except without the rotation.

I only really do this during algs or sometimes cross so it depends on the finger tricks, but when scrambling I do:

F: right index with a slight rotation.
F': right thumb.
F2: double flick (like U2) with a slight rotation.

The Combo I really hat are F2 U
after F2 my index and middle finger are nowhere near to do the U:

my smalles finger ... works but no power
ring finger push on RFU ... easier than I thought
left index push on LBU

or F2 U2 even worse

on U' with the left index the other U' with the right index?

I would really like to know how faster cuber handle this
