Custom Cube Annoyance

So i order a GTS2M Lite from Cubicle Labs. I specifically asked Cubicle before I placed the order about the magnet strength . I really like the feel of the stock magnets, so I asked which one was the closest. They told me the lite is close to stock. So i ordered that model. Well after two weeks it finally showed up at my door and to my surprise I can't even feel the magnets in this cube. Way weaker. I am really annoyed about this

Why don't you send your WuQue back for a new one? It has a warranty.

It still seems like they should cover it since it was their mistake. Maybe arrange for them to send you a couple replacement pieces?

You asked for a judgement call. At some point the judgement of the person you ask will be different to someone else's.

It's not a judgement call they should know what magnets are stock and what magnets are being put in their version. It's not very hard to know the specs of what magnets are being used

It is a judgement call as if they don't have magnets which are the exact same then it may well be that they decide which magnets feel the most similar and it is perfectly possible that the weaker magnets may feel more similar as how strong the magnets is not necessarily the directly proportional to how string the magnets feel.

Basically as soon as you ask which feel the closest then you are asking for a judgement call,
