Cubing failure thread

Put any fails (+2 pb, DNF by 1 slice, etc.) into this thread. I'lll start: 4.21+ pyra single at weekly comp. Would have been pb but 1 stupid tip flicked.

At my third comp I believe, I don’t practice pyraminx so I got a six mover and I only planed like three moves so I got a 4 or 6 seconds

I was solving my Pyraminx and I missaw a case and got a DNF, keep in mind I averaged 14 seconds, and the guy next to me was casually pulling off 2 second solves and he says "Well that sucks" to me.
