Cubers who also speedrun?

I'm active in the classic Doom speedrunning scene. One of the best movement runners at the moment, aconfusedhuman, is also sub-8 at 3x3.

@Davian answer me don’t just ignore me like Fukuoka .

It seems like he contributed a new piece of information that was both on-topic and interesting.

Also, backseat moderation is against the rules. You are supposed to point it out once (politely). If you have an issue with a post after that just report it to the mods and let them deal with it. No one is required to answer to you like you are demanding above....

What is the reason for a 2 year bump On a thread that should be in the off topic forum?
If a thread is bumped for a good reason, then there is nothing wrong about it. And I don't understand why people's opinions from 2 years ago are no longer valid because 2 years has passed. And at least one other former participant and I don't see the problem with this thread being bumped. We welcomed it.
  1. If the moderation team would believe that old threads should not be bumped, they could lock all threads that are x number of days inactive to prevent such an "atrocity" from ever happening again. But they don't typically lock threads unless it's by the request of the OP or further conversation in the thread can be nothing but toxic to the community. (So if they have no problem with it, neither should you.)

  2. If you believe this thread should be in the off-topic subforum, make it known to the moderators, and they will move it if they see fit.

I'm thinking about making a video about speedcubers who also speedrun. Off the top of my head there's Stanley Chapel who's third in the world in Super Mario Bros, and Graham Siggins who's sub-18 in Super Mario 64 16 star. DGCubes and LaZer0MonKey play NES Tetris which I might talk about as well towards the end since speedrunning channels also cover high score based games from time to time

Are there any others you guys know of that I should talk about?

I remember seeing DGCubes doing an “Iron Bros” stream, which is a challenge in Super Mario Maker 2, so he clearly plays/played the game

But don't you wanna feel those crisp new Joy-Cons? Plus, they might be already developing drifting problems if they are 2nd hand.
my little brother got one when we were younger, im not a fan of the new joycon feeling (plus id rather play on the xbox style controller, easier for me)
