I ordered some stuff for Cube4You a few weeks ago, and I have some questions...

I ordered about 10 different items, and since quite a few of them are intended as gifts for my friends, I was hoping they'd get here by Christmas, so I ordered the "fast shipping". When I got my confirmation email, it said it would take "5 - 30 business days depend on the ship way." Does anyone have any clue how long it will take considering I live in Canada? It's been about 2 weeks, and my friend keeps asking me where the cubes are. =/

It seems like it's going to be a fairly boring Christmas. No cubes, no Rock Band, no Nintendo Wii. =(

I think it will be there before Christmas if you ordered a few weeks ago.

Did you order china post? If so, it can take over a month.

It's impossible to get a Wii in Canada so close to Christmas. But I have a 360 and a PS3, so I should be good for now.

Anyway, I ordered with EMS, since it was the only option. And I chose the air one. It cost $26.

I can't seem to track my shipment through their site, either. The tracking number is the number like ea#########cn, right? It always says "信息提示:No information for this tracking."

I live in the USA and it took rougly 3 weeks for my cube to come. I think I chose standard shipping, the 5 dollar one I believe.

The post office called today. Apparently they got my address wrong(wrote 9 instead of 8). I checked the cube4you site, and the address I entered was right, so it must've been a mistake on their part.

Anyway, they said normally what they do in situations like this is ship it back to the sender. I'm lucky that they called me first, because now I don't have to wait for it to go to China and back. Should be here within a few days.
