Cross + X prediction

Top cubers are shifting from simple lookahead to predicting even the entirety of F2L in inspection. This was debated in Dylan Miller and Caiden Lee's debate hosted by Brandon True. At this point, one looking 3x3 is looking more doable than ever, especially with people like Xuanyi Geng who also do ZBLL.

When should one learn Cross + 1, and how should this be done? Thank you for helping.

I didn’t really see many threads on how to be sub-10 on this forums, and most of them are outdated so I made one. Make sure you know the following:
Make Crosses efficiently
Know and be comfortable with advanced F2L
Know Full PLL
Know Full OLL
Be Sub-12
This is the revised version. It will be more sophisticated and comprehensive.

Cross
Make sure you solve the cross in 8 moves or less and can make basic x-crosses. Also be sure to not insert each cross edge one by one and influence other cross edges to insert. Watch some recons or walkthrough solves of top cubers like Yiheng or Matty...
