Corners or Edges first for BLD?

I'm just starting to learn 3x3 BLD (old Pochmann) and I'm just interested as to who does corners first and who does edges first and any reasons for this?

I memorize edges first, then corners, and execute them the opposite. That way, I can memorize the easier one fast and jump right into the solve and get it out of the way.

I memorize Edges first then Corners but solve in the opposite way i.e Corners followed by Edges
