Any suggestions on efficient methods for memorizing F2L cases, specifically committing them to muscle memory? With 41 cases x 4 angles = 164 specific algs, simply practicing each would seem a bit cumbersome. And even with intuitive F2L (as most of mine is), it would seem best to know them "blind" so as to improve potential for looking ahead. All positive suggestions welcome and thanks in advance.

I can do all the cases BLD intuitively but that may be down to the fact that I use roux so I need to be very good at blockbuilding which has far too many cases to do all algorithmic.

So maybe try blockbuilding to help with your BLD solving and lookahead.

You'd also want to be familiar with how each trigger affects the different pieces, so that you can transition seamlessly between moves.

All you have to do is just do f2l over and over. So basically just keep solving. It will happen, believe me. Put on a couple movies and just solve for hours. Won't be long until everything is muscle memory. There's no need to practice them individually unless you're having trouble with execution.
