Men, is it gay to...
JK. I recently took my 3x3 with me to Boy Scout summer camp, and now it's got some gritty bits in it that crunch when I turn the cube. Problem is, they're incorporated into the lube. Is it safe to soak in water if I were to remove the magnets, or should I use something else? Thanks!

Yes. I love you too.

Water soaking doesn't work well. Just take a damp paper towel and scrub thoroughly. And don't try and turn it with the grit in it. That's like murder on the plastic internals.

Guys, I did it! And the outside was slightly stained (I was cubing with schmutz on my fingers 😭) so I used a Mr Clean Magic Eraser to clean it lol. Worked surprisingly well.
