What are the chances of getting an oll and pll skip since i just got my personal best since i got one :D

Do you want the chances calculated using logic or math?
With math they are 1/216 for an OLL skip and 1/72 for a PLL skip, with logic the chances are higher.

Hmmm all I know is that its really rare :P

But dont tell us that, tell us you looked ahead and MADE it happen hahahahha.

I would say search for the chance of a pll skip as thats talked about a lot and try to just find the chance of an oll skip then find them together.

What am i missing here?

The chances for an OLL skip is 1 in 216.

The chances for an PLL skip is 1 in 72.

The chances for an LL skip is 1 in 15552.

This is if you use full fridrich, with no edge control or anything. Just see a case, preform solution....

The odds is ofcourse different if you know multiple algs for different cases, and you know what algs will produce a skip in a given situation.....

Did that make sense?

Correct. Of course, you have only a 1 in 15552x4 chance of not having to AUF either.

I once got a full LL skip without needing an AUF. I was doing a slow metronome style solve, put the last pair in and it was perfectly solved. I am not sure how many solves I have done in my life but I think it would be around 15000 so statistically, getting a full LL skip is not so out of the ordinary.

I think he might mean you can try to force better cases by doing cases in different ways
Doesn't sound like that at all. And to be honest, I'm not interested in speculations about this. If you feel the need to start a sentence with "I think he might mean"... don't bother. I'll just wait for him to answer.

Edit: Clarification: In many cases others can explain what someone else meant, it's just cases like this, where nobody else can answer the question.
