Can you solve a 3x3 under 13 seconds?

i am able to solve a 3x3 under 10 seconds. my comp pb is 6.05 seconds, and my average is 9.11 seconds
Who else is able to solve a cube under 10 seconds? (rhetorical question I know many people can solve a 3x3 under 10 seconds. There's like at least 4000 competitors that have recorded a sub-10 average in competition)

If 4000 solvers have official sub-10 averages, then there are maybe 7000 people in the world who are sub-10 at home or maybe never competed before. So that means across the Earth 1 in 1,000,000 people are sub-10.
