Buying hardware, ES 2x2x2 and megaminx

Since I've been pretty much scammed by c4y (I suppose paying for stuff and not receiving can be considered getting scammed), perhaps any of you got stuff I was looking forward to get.

What I'm looking for:

ES 2x2x2
Decent megaminx
Some cores/springs and screws/center pieces

I'd like for cube to be in good condition with decent condition stickers.

If you got any of these, please tell me the price/condition/shipping cost.

Thanks.
