Best way to improve?

Statement in the quote was on the guide, statement in bold is me.
The guide was written by PCWizCube. There are credits in description. Also it is not mandatory but if your cross and f2l take 12-14 seconds of your time, then you need to get your OLL and PLL in 3 seconds time. Full OLL is not required for sub 15 but eventually you will have to learn full OLL and the base for learning full OLL might be good at 16-18 seconds.
Personally this guide helped me so I compiled it into a prosentation/video type of thing.
And the quick tips are tips which I got from members from the forums so I added them in the end.
And liking and disliking is personal preference, I will not comment on that. But what did you dislike though?

Thanks everyone I am mostly finished with OLL, and I've been practicing, my times are very unstable, sometimes I get 15 seconds, and sometimes I get 25 seconds, and my average is like 21 seconds.

If what you're doing isn't working, try changing it up a bit. Here are a few ideas:

- learn a new method like Roux, for example
- practice something else like OH, 4x4, etc.
- alternate as fast as possible TPS solving with smooth and relaxed solving

I'm stuck at 30 - 40 second solves. I don't know what to do I've been like this for a few years, I solve everyday. I have learned most PLLs and I do 2-look OLLs. My F2L speed seems ok but I struggle with Cross recognition as I'm slow at cross and looking ahead for the F2L. What should I do?

Learn advanced cross from Badmephisto's videos. Try to be color neutral, it helps. Look ahead isn't necessary at your speed, turn faster. Also, you might want to upload solves so that people can critique.

i used to be in your situation !
post you time stamp here abnd let us have a look.

i get Sub40 like 2-3 months ago
cross - 2-4s
f2l - 18-20s
2 look oll - 6-7s
pll - 2-3s
average around 34s ish

now I get sub30, it was my f2l that drags my time down, and my cross as well (was doing the cross on top)
cross - 2-3s
f2l - 13-17s
2 look oll - 3-4
pll - 2-3s
average around 22s-27s ish

I know I may seem slow, but during the solves I feel fast.

Main - AoLong
Cross - 8-10s
F2L - 12-16s
2 look oll - 8s
pll - 3-6s
Average 31s-40s

I do have one set back though.. which is understandable for me and my solves and yet, I know I have the skill to improve. I have an interesting brain disoder ACC Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum (not autistism or aspergers) but could seem parallel to it. Go to (www.NODCC.org) if you want to look it up. I am high functioning to the point where no one could tell if I actually have a disorder. I'm the only one recorded with my disorder that can solve a Rubik's Cube and being fast amazes EVERYONE. Thanks and I am open to any critique.

I did an Ao5 of just F2L.

Time List:

That's a really heartwarming story :) I'd suggest working on getting cross solutions to be under 10 moves (double turns count as one) and being able to plan at least 3/4 of the cross during 15sec inspection.
