There is no "best" cube. It depends on your personal tastes and turning style.
My top 5 would be
GTS 3 M
WR M
Tornado v2
GAN 356 X
Tengyun v2
Most of these are old, but I personally think they are superior to the new stuff that comes out.

I mean I like a faster cube that is kind of looser? if that makes sense. One problem I have is I let friends use them and they drop it and the corner pieces will like break the colors off. I have an RS3 M 2020 currently. Any way I could prevent that? It's happened 4 times already. The middle coming off is also a problem.

First of all, all wrms and the gts3 are like this. Second of all, the rs3m is also really fast and "loose"(Idk what you mean,) its just your setup

GAN cubes are like this, in my opinion.

Get a cube with black or primary internals and this won't happen.

If you take a look at a GAN cube (GAN is the apple of speedcubing), you will see that the inside of the puzzle is black or a clearish/white color (primary is the plastic before they add color to it). Other speedcubes have this inside color, too. You are going to have cubes from Qiyi, Gan, and Yj having this type of inner plastic.

It didn't have primary.
I take that back it has primary for the centers. They just put colored centercaps on it so I didn't notice them.
