I use that for 3x3, but not for OH.

I would recommend the WR M Maglev because it is very fast and loose which is good for OH.

55mm Zhanchi, 54.6mm Shuangren, 54.5 Aolong, 54.5 Weilong. Are there any other ~55mm cubes out there? Does it only come down to a matter of preference? I have only the 55mm Zhanchi which is my OH main. I'm wondering if I should try another one too.

Actually, the X-Man-Tornado V2 is 55mm. I use it as my main OH, mostly because I don't have anything else, but also because it's a pretty good size for my hand.

I think it's a tiny bit bigger, maybe around 55.5 mm. It looks to my eyes like it is about midway between the WR M 2021 (55mm) and Super RS 3M (56mm) in size.

Yeah, I can see that, because even though it's a pretty good size, it still hurts my fingers to use. But that may just be because I only started OH a couple of days ago.

Personal take: I use MoYu MF3RS 2021.

It has worked wonders for me, as I got the most PRs out of the 17 events I do in the last year of official competing.

I would highly recommend using it. I use mostly Roux for OH with my left hand, I sometimes do CFOP or waterman.

Maglev cubes are quite good for OH. Due to its speed its easier to do finger tricks.

honestly the rs3m is a great cube even if you have small hands

i’m 12 too and i use that; i average 18 seconds

Did anyone try OH with some really small cubes?

I currently have a 35mm Moyu Mini Keychain Cube on my desk and sometimes I solve it.
Sometimes I also do it OH and it works quite good.
It's not magnetic and feels a little floppy, but aside from this it works very good to do most of my algs, some even better than with my standard size cubes.

As a proper speedcube, this size or probably 40-45 mm could work quite well for OH.

I have quite bog hands. Most cubers are Kids.

In guideline 3a+, it says that puzzles must be a reasonable size, but does not specify what that means, so I think the big cube companies are trying not to make a comp-illegal cube.

I think if he is doing well with it, it’s fine as he isn’t intending to perform bad in comp if it works well for him.

I use the GAN mini M Pro UV Coated for OH which I just received 2 days ago, and I have already got a PB.

I just can’t use any regular 3x3 for OH as I will just get cube drops over and over. However, I found the moyu 50mm 3x3 M and the yj zhilong mini M 3x3 too small for me and I think the size of the gan mini which is 53mm is just good for me, and I feel like anything larger will not work as great for me (I have small hands even in Asian standard). I have ordered a dayan guhong v3 M for backup even though it is 54mm as it is a lot cheaper.
