What is a good 3x3 cube that is not too expensive I have a Gan 356 Me that cost 19 euros and its pretty decent but what is a better cube that still doesn't cost too much?

The moyu RS3M 2020 is a great option for $8.99 USD (not sure the price in euros), probably better than most gan cubes at a fraction of the price.

I have three recommendations, but two can be hard to find. The most likely option is the Guhong Pro+. My personal favorite is the Moretry Tianma Zcube edition with ballcore. Another good option is the SAOCube version of the Moyu RS3M v5 with ballcore and no UV (the UV makes this particular cube brittle and fragile, but it's fine on other cubes). All of them are slightly cheaper than your Gan 356 and much better value.
