[Member Intro] Being sub-30

I'm trying to be sub 30 and my average is 50. Any tips? Also I recently got a square-one and am struggling to solve it.
Hey there,
Welcome to the forums! Your goal is the same as mine. I suggest that you use a speedcubing method;cfop, roux, zz etc. If you already used one, practice harder until you master it! It IS possible to get sub30 using beginner's method, but it's super hard and has a lower rate of success. Good luck!

do you know full pll and intuitive f2l? that will cut a chunk of your times
then practice as if you life depended on it and your times will drop

That being said using 2 look OLL and PLL is much less daunting and sub 30 is very achievable. Could probably get sub 20, solid F2L is where you will get the most bang for your buck.

like everyone else said, practise F2L!!! Make sure you have muscle memory for at least some of the F2L Algs(or whatever you call intuitive stuff). Also make sure you aren‘t inefficient during F2L. Full PLL and OLL is absolutely unnecessary for sub 30. Only learn some of the PLL Algs if you really want to. Also, welcome!
