How To Be Sub-3 In Pyraminx?

Hey Everyone!
I average around 3.5ish on Pyraminx so I really wanted to figure out how to be sub-3.
Is it only one looking or is there more to it? How can I improve in one looking?
Adding on, what should be the expectations for 1 looking, V solutions and L4E Execution when you become sub-3?
Thanks!
The biggest factor is L4E execution, however I would recommend practicing fingertricks and 1-looking the most. A good way to improve 1-looking is by not trying to rush it; try timing ur inspection to see if you can go slightly slower but more accurately.

you dont have to one-look, but its the best for the long run (sub-2.5, sub-2). if all you want is to be sub-3, you can try practicing recognition+execution, but ideally you should one-look. to practice, use the solvers feature on cstimer, then just practice one-looking 3 move and below vs. one you can one-look it consistently, practice 4 move and below, and so on until you can one look like 80-90% of your solves.
v solutions should be 5 moves or less, unless its a good 6 move v, like R' U R L U' L', or its a really bad scramble, and a 6/7 move v is optimal.
l4e execution probably low/mid 1, for most cases, to sub-1, for simple cases.
and you can practice your tips by doing tip only solves
fingertricks are also really important so remember to learn at least a few good ones.

One looking is not at all necessary yet, make sure to always one look your v though, and just grind solves so your L4e recognition gets better over time, and also just turn fast
