So I'm a beginner with only 3 months of experience, having that in mind, are my times good or bad? (Be honest because I want to know how much I need to improve at my level rn)

I average pretty much sub-12 and I still get 28 second solves if I mess up. That is a completely normal thing to happen when cubing.
^ this, you’ll never not mess up but the frequency which you do decreases with time. Keep on cubing and try not to stress about how fast your improving, it might burn you out and cause you to lose motivation.
