I can easily skip learning 63 EOPair Algorithms by inserting the pair into its slot. The Solved Pair EO Algorithms in my experience can solve any case, and it contains only 11 Algorithms. Please tell me if i've broken the Matrix, or if this is another delusion.

You are taking the intermediate version and calling it the advanced version.
Yes, you can insert the pair and then do Pair solved EO. But that's not as good as full EO-Pair. Full EO-Pair was created for a reason. Because it's better. It saves moves, and reduces the amount of looks during the solve.
