Any tips? (video)

Well make sure you learn all the plls, looked like you had a 2 look pll, and learn good ones without B's in them, I think you had some there, and definitely reduce f2l turns.

Show us one of your lousier solves, and we will give you even more tips.

Dont bother learning pll , i was at sub 20 average and i hadnt even learnt full pll.
Atm I have sub 14 average and i still have about 10 OLL's to go

Tips:

1. Dont rotate too much during F2L, and work on spotting your pairs faster

2. Your LL is fine, about 10 seconds which is average for 4LLL. However, stop constantly doing U turns during OLL and PLL. Normally cases can be spotted and executed in less than U2.

3. Use better F2L moves. (That doesn't make sense)
For example, the last F2L slot could have been done in 7 moves however you used an astonishing 12-14 moves including U layer mistakes. You could half your time. I suggest going over some F2L algorithms from dan harris' site or another site.

to help minimise cube rotations, practice doing 2 generator solves (i.e scramble using only R and U, solve with only R and U). do this with your RH and your LH.
doing the first two slots like this really helps give you an insight into how to do some of the f2l pairs with a couple more moves but a LOT faster. doing it with your LH will also strengthen that :)

It looks like you had a 2 move cross. However, directly after you do those two turns, you paused for quite a while, and after the pause you turned the U face a lot without getting anywhere. This probably means that all you saw during inspection were just those two moves. Usually, if I'm given an easy cross, I will look for the next F2L pair that I will insert during inspection. It may be awkward if you're only used to figuring out the cross during inspection, but lowering the time of the transition between cross and F2L is very important, especially if you have an easy cross.
