Advice to get faster than Sub-14?

Hi. I want to quickly get faster than sub-15. I kept grinding solves this summer in the past solves, but I barely improved. I care about getting faster as fast as possible, so I really want to get to get alot faster and I would really want some advice to get faster. Any advice ranging from getting to 13-11 secs is fine.

I know full OLL and PLL, and some intuitive F2L. However, I might share a video sometime later though.

Alright, so it's clear that you should learn full f2l for starters (+ their left/right mirrors and back versions if possible)
This might seem too much but remember you get to practice 4 pairs per solve.

After that, you will have some basic cases, which will be enough for you to become sub 10. However, I STRONGLY recommend going to Speedcube DB and learning more F2L tricks once you are comfortable with the things that Jperm shared.
You also might want to refine your algorithms and recognition if last layer for you takes more than 3.5 seconds on average. You should watch Cubehead's video on OLL and PLL, but some algorithms in that set are... questionable(in my opinion at least) If there is a case that is pretty weird to finger trick and your algorithms feel more comfortable, use that. Finally, lookahead. Instead of turning really fast and taking centuries to find F2L pairs, turn slowly and do NOT look at your current pair. Look for pieces that may be your next pair.
