well i just got my first stackmat timer and i have a problem..
when i press "power" it doesnt turn on..
do i need to put a battery in it?
If so, how? where does the battery go?

is it that circle thing that says open and close on it?
When i try to turn that it doesnt move..
im still not sure where the batteries go..
pictures please?

Still not working..
when it twist it, it just shaves the plastic off, doesnt move at all.

yea i know, but when i twist it, it doesnt move at all. It just shaves the plastic off..

I've had this happen before. Turns out the cap was already turned CCW all the way and the cap was just stuck a little. I just hit it against a table(not too hard) and it popped out.

This may or may not be your problem however.

LOL! The best method is not to have a method....or just bang it against the table.

maybe it helps if you jut push the battery? mine has a problem.. the black stuff what should push the battery down is a pit.. defected. and I put a huge paper ball in there.. now it works. I got it open with a pocket knife bottle openers other side. First time it moves hard.
